HOW TO SCHEDULE:

*Hello, My clientele is currently full. I am still however accepting new clients when there is availability/ cancellations.

We do have a waitlist available as i would love to serve you when able. Please Request to be added to the waitlist via online booking.

Returning clients, you are still able to schedule regular appointments via online booking. Submit your appointment request, and it will either be approved, or we will reach out to adjust the requested time.

  • NEW CLIENTS MUST Book Services Under The New Client Tab or your appointment will be canceled.

  • YOU MUST schedule as a New Client if we haven’t seen you within 12 months

  • WAIT LIST: If the date you want is not available, vagaro will prompt you to select another date or 'Add To Wait List'. By adding yourself to the Wait List, you may select up to 5 dates you’re available. When someone cancels, or any of those dates become available, you are immediately contacted via email or scheduled by your stylist. Press BOOK in the email to accept the appointment. You will have one hour to respond to the email. Please be sure to add ALL the services you wish to receive on that date.

    DEPOSITS & Cancellations: All new clients are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit before the appointment is accepted. A $50 non refundable deposit is required for services over $50. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not agree with a non-refundable deposit. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT UPON SCHEDULING as this is our primary form of communication. The deposit goes towards your appointment as long as you do not NO SHOW or CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. You may transfer your deposit once to a later date WITHIN 30 days if you need to reschedule. This only applies if you do not cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time or No Show.

  • YOU MAY NOT include services in the notes section of the appointment, everything must be booked.

  • CANCELLING WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT results in you loosing your deposit. If any client does not cancel within 48 hours you are charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or same day, you are charged 50% of the scheduled service. NO SHOWS do not get booked again and all future appointments are canceled.

  • ADD-ONS CAN NOT BE BOOKED ALONE

Salon Rules:

  • You may not bring more than one guest to your appointment.

  • Please do not bring food that has a strong smell or outside trash.

  • If you do not call to let us know you are running late, your appointment is marked a No Show after 10 minutes. If we are able to still accommodate you, you will be charged a late fee.

  • Please no speaker phone conversations or video recordings.

  • You must come to your appointment with any style taken down completely and hair detangled. If it takes us more time than usual to detangle(due to excessive detangling), you will Be charged a detangling fee.

  • At this time we are servicing clients 18 years of age and up however, we do provide consultations for individuals under that age to provide hair care direction.

    COMMUNICATION:

  • ALL communication is through email or phone call.

  • Please DO NOT text the salon. The salon phone is not able to receive text messages therefore we will not respond to any text messages.
